Dear Loyal Customers,

After much thought and discussion with family, I have decided that it is time to announce my retirement for the end of April 2026. I would like to thank you for your trust and loyalty; it's been an honour to travel with you all.

I've always prioritised providing you with personalised holidays and day tours. I'm proud of our achievements and the memories we have been able to bring to generations of families throughout the years of travelling all over the UK and Europe. 

I will be doing one last holiday for my final goodbye; it only seems right that I lead the final tour in the hotel that I consider the best with the best service that hotels provide; The Tynedale in Llandudno.
